Through games, singing, story telling and asana, children will develop skills to stilling the mind, tools for dealing with stressful situations and how to look after their bodies with Yoga for Minors.

Tweens will learn how to calm the mind, be centred, secure and strong, and build a strong sense of self through yoga asanas delivered in a nurturing environment.
