ANANDA BODHI YOGA आनन्द बोधि योग
Ānanda (Sanskrit: आनन्द) literally means 'bliss' or 'happiness' and Bodhi (Sanskrit: बोधि) means 'awakening' or 'enlightenment'.
To 'be in the moment' means being conscious, aware and in the present with all of your senses. It means not dwelling on the past, nor being anxious or worrying about the future. When we concentrate all of our attention on the present, we can focus on the task at hand - yoga.
This state of focus guides the core teachings and practices at Ananda Bodhi Yoga, to help clients focus on connecting to themselves and their surroundings and build healthier bodies and minds, whatever the age.
